Looking to try a new exercise or join a group? Come and join us for a fun and friendly Nordic walking FREE taster session, a great way to get fit and tone up the whole body whilst enjoying the outdoors with others. Nordic Walking is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Session is 45minutes and is run by an experienced and qualified instructor from All Seasons Nordic Walking. Booking is required
