Isadora - I Dance What I Am is a new play with dance about the extraordinary life of legendary dancer and "Mother of Modern Dance" Isadora Duncan and it has been selected to be part of Theatre Fest West, a celebration of the best new perfomance across the South West,
Isadora revolutionised the dance world with her free, expressive movement and her views on the right for women to follow their own careers scandalised society. She was one of the first international superstars and her dancing enthralled and inspired audiences. The play includes excerpts of some of her iconic dances and is a must see for lovers of dance and drama alike.
